1 Definitions and General Provisions

In this document, "cabje", "platform", "we", or "our" refers to the cabje online gaming service. "User", "player", or "you" refers to any person who has registered on or is using this platform.

"Services" refers to all online gaming, sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming products offered through cabje. "Account" refers to each user's registered personal profile.

These terms and conditions are binding as a legal agreement. cabje reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for a breach of any clause contained herein.

2 Eligibility and Registration Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on cabje, a user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited on this platform. We reserve the right to verify age at any time.

2.2 One Account per Person

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person or multiple members of the same household operate more than one account from the same device or IP address, those accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

Providing complete and accurate information at the time of registration is mandatory. Providing false or misleading information will result in account termination. Any changes to personal information must be reported to our support team without delay.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your account username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Giving any third party access to your account is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer) is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).

3.2 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If additional verification is required, this time may be extended somewhat.

3.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in other currencies, the conversion rate will be determined by the applicable exchange rate at the relevant time.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The minimum deposit requirement must be met to qualify for this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means withdrawals can be made after wagering 15 times the bonus amount. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement has been met.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.
• The amount that can be wagered using bonus funds will be determined according to the bonus terms.
• If bonuses are claimed from multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.
• cabje reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without notice.
• Bonuses will be forfeited in cases of unusual betting patterns or bonus abuse.

4.4 VIP Program

cabje offers four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, and up to 1.2% weekly cashback at Platinum. Promotion to a VIP tier depends on activity and contribution. Detailed terms for VIP benefits are subject to change.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Policy

cabje is committed to ensuring fairness across all games. Our games are technically verified and operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Using any automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Coordinated violation of bonus terms or collusion.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Providing false identity or documents.

5.3 Technical Errors

Any result or reward displayed as a result of a technical error or system malfunction will not be considered valid. In such situations, cabje reserves the right to void the bet and return the deposited funds.

6 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Outcomes

In sports betting, all outcomes are determined on the basis of officially recognized results. If a tournament or event is cancelled, the funds for the relevant bets are generally returned.

6.2 Event Cancellation

If BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, FIFA, or other sporting events are officially cancelled or suspended and not rescheduled within the designated timeframe, the funds for bets on those events will be returned.

6.3 Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet has been accepted, the original accepted odds will remain in effect. In the case of inconsistent odds or an obvious error, cabje reserves the right to void the bet.

7 Account Verification (KYC)

cabje follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to prevent fraudulent activity and protect users.

7.1 Verification Requirements

Identity verification may be requested in the following situations:

• Before withdrawing a significant amount.
• When an unusual transaction is detected.
• When account information needs to be confirmed.

7.2 Verification Documents

A National Identity Card (NID) or passport and proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement) may be required. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

cabje firmly believes in responsible gaming. Gaming is for entertainment — never as a source of income.

8.1 Setting Limits

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cabje is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical problems from third parties.
• Losses resulting from a security breach on the user's own device.
• Force majeure events beyond cabje's control.
• Failures of third-party payment gateways or banking services.

cabje makes no guarantees regarding profits or losses from gaming. Gaming always carries risk and users participate at their own responsibility.

12 Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Available funds may be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided all conditions are met.

12.2 Closure by cabje

cabje may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (in accordance with the relevant policy).
